Mr. Daffner represents clients in the areas of corporate and commercial law, sports law/professional sports associations, insurance law, employment law, estate planning, and tax law, with an emphasis on business transactions and corporate governance. Prior to pursing his legal career, Mr. Daffner worked as a Certified Public Accountant for a Big Four accounting firm, providing both tax and audit services. Mr. Daffner’s background in accounting and finance provides him with a strong understanding of clients’ business concerns, allowing him to anticipate and address his clients’ needs.​

Jason Daffner has been in practice since 2007, after graduating from the Georgia State University College of Law. Jason is also a Certified Public Accountant, a member of the American and Atlanta Bar Associations, and the State Bar of Georgia.
